What do I need to get Started?
- Name of homeowner/purchaser (we suggest to use the name as it is on the tittle/deed of your home)
- Home Address (address of where the unit was installed)
- Serial # and model # “for each piece of equipment purchased” (they are located on the units, however if you cannot find these please contact us.)
- Installation Date (should not exceed 60 days from installation date)
- Email address (this is necessary as they will email you a copy for your records)

Registration Limited Warranty Term and Registration Requirements:
Residential Base Limited Warranty covers your AC system for five years, while Registered Limited Warranty on most all manufacturers extends the limited warranty for 10 years. Both warranties only cover parts that fail due to manufacturer defect. It is the Homeowner/purchaser Responsibility to obtain extended full 10 year warranty all systems must be properly registered on the Manufacturer website by the Homeowner/purchaser within 60 days of its installation, if you cannot find the link to the manufacturer website please contact your representative or call our office so that we may provide you with the website link and or phone number to the manufacturer. Failure to register system after 60 days will automatically get a Base Limited Warranty.
